Andrew Oppong works for the Christian Reformed Church Office of Social Justice as a Justice Mobilization Specialist. He has a B.A (Honors) in Political Science and Philosophy from Calvin College. A couple of highlights from his work at the OSJ — He is helping about 12 CRC churches to begin composting programs, a number that continues to grow, and so far this year, he has led 8 legislative meetings between members of congress/state representatives and CRC members who are advocating for government policies that care for creation. He recently authored the OSJ’s new “Creation Care Series: The Bangladesh Bible study series.”
It seems, perhaps, that Christians have forgotten that God has always been, and is still very much in the business of reviving and restoring, and He is still in the business of “rolling rolling” stones.
