What would our world look like right now if we started every communication with such language?
Life is a lot like that moment, I think. One of the first Christians by the name of Paul once mentioned running the race set before us. In the midst of the running, though, things get hard.
As Christians, we are not promised an easy life. We all sin, make mistakes, and fall off track. The good news is that our struggles will not last forever. We have mere minutes to toil, but eternity to enjoy and we must not lose hope.
We are better witness to the world when we aren’t all the same in background, belief and behavior and yet we still live into the call to love God and love others together as the church.
